SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All prices on this website are shown in Euros. This website ships to Europe. If you are outside of Europe, please visit our Australian website which ships to most of the the rest of the world, or our New Zealand website.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO IRELAND

We offer €4.95 shipping with DPD Courier on all Irish orders. Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 working days depending on your location. We require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO REST OF EUROPE EXCLUDING IRELAND

FedEx / TNT Courier delivery is €29 to all locations in Europe outside of Ireland. Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days depending on your location. We require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours.

DUTIES & TAXES:  Any customs charges must be borne by you. Ultraceuticals has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also be aware that when you order products from Ultraceuticals for delivery outside Ireland, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. Shipments exported outside the EU will not be charged VAT at the time of purchase and may be subject to VAT at the time of import, and may also be subject to additional processing fees. For example shipments to Great Britain and Switzerland are outside of the EU and are subject to duties and taxes on arrival.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Faulty product

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Change of mind 

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals.
